Manchurian Noodles

Ingredients:

- 1 pack of FRYD's Frozen Manchurian Crunchies
- 200g of noodles (your choice of variety)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, minced
- 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped (optional for spice)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Spring onions for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat.
  2. Fry the FRYD's Frozen Manchurian Crunchies according to the instructions on the package until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
  3. Cook the noodles in a pot of boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente.
  4. Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and tomato ketchup. Set aside.
  6. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
  7. Add minced garlic, ginger, and green chilies (if using) to the pan. Sauté for a minute until fragrant.
  8. Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the pan.
  9. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
  10. Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the stir-fried vegetables.
  11. Pour the prepared sauce over the noodles and vegetables. Toss everything together until well combined.
  12. Add the fried FRYD's Frozen Manchurian Crunchies to the pan. Gently toss to coat them with the noodles and vegetables.
  13. Garnish the Manchurian Noodles with chopped spring onions.
  14. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious Indo-Chinese fusion creation!
